Why we built it

Everyone needs a password manager, but many are expensive, complicated, or ask you to trust a server with more than it needs. We wanted one that is simple, careful and private by default.

What we believe

• Your passwords are yours. We encrypt them on your device so we can't read them.
• Software should do what you ask and no more — so autofill fills, and you press Log in.
• We never sell data, and no advert is ever shown on a lock screen, a password or a code.
• Say plainly what the software does. Our Privacy Policy is written against what the code actually does.
